Daryl Cioffi has been on a clear path to success for the past ten years.

After completing a Bachelor’s degree at Stonehill College, she obtained a Master’s degree in Counseling from Providence College.

She then received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in mental health counseling from Salve Regina University.

She is currently a Licenced Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Rhode Island and Doctoral student at Johnson & Wales University.

In addition to her mental health counseling career Cioffi also teaches Neuropsychology and Psychopharmacology in the Counseling Psychology masters and undergraduate programs at several colleges and universities in the New England area.

She recently developed and currently oversees the Johnson & Wales University Student-Athlete Counseling Lab.At 28, Cioffi established private practice and Wellness Center, Polaris Counseling & Consulting.

She is an authority on mental health and life coaching issues, having been quoted in several online publications and websites, and published scholarly articles in the field of media and addictions in addition to offering advice on a women’s-only radio show

A firm believer in connecting to one’s inner self as a way to stay healthy in mind, body and soul, Cioffi has used that approach to further her knowledge of the mental health field.

A Freudian at heart, Cioffi's higher calling is helping individuals and families to understand themselves so they can achieve their highest goals: fulfillment and self-actualization.

One of her main tools just happens to be... drawing tests -- the HTP!

Her specialties are:

  • Empowerment & Success
  • Performance (Job and Athletic)
  • Self Esteem
  • Intimacy
  • Addictions with Adults and Couples/Families
